  • Disagreements over the meaning of a Will or other testamentary documents.
  • Contesting a Will or challenging a claim that a Will is fraudulent, or that it should be set aside due to undue influence or lack of mental capacity.
  • Filing caveats in the Supreme Court of Queensland to stop probate from being granted until a dispute is settled by the Court.
